So after I left my last job, I took a couple months off. One of the things I really wanted to do was go scuba diving... with sharks. So I took the opportunity to go diving at Tiger Beach in the Bahamas. It was an utterly amazing experience.

Here are a couple of amazing videos of my dive at Tiger Beach:

Arriving on a cloudy Tuesday... But it cleared up nicely and stayed beautiful for the rest of my trip The Grand Lucayan in Freeport Chumming the waters at Tiger Beach Gear on standby Got anything for me? The official pokey stick to move sharks out of the way: 3-feet of PVC goodness! The star of the show: Emma. A beautiful 16' female. Close enough to see the ampullae of Lorenzini of clearly. (I never used zoom during this dive.) More remora than lemon. The lemons would swim between the divers. You can clearly see the skin and musculature pattern. The most gorgeous little Caribbean reef shark. I love the coloration on their flanks. I love the lighting in this shot. My puddle-jumper home. Flying in to Ft. Laudaerdale. The home I grew up in is somewhere in frame...
